Welcome to our flexible pricing guide. StoryTool operates on a Credit System, giving you the freedom to switch between Basic and Pro tools as needed.
1. Monthly Subscription Plans
All plans grant access to ALL Agents (Basic, Standard, and Pro). You simply pay for the credits you need.
â ī¸ Expiration Policy
Credits are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Please choose a plan that matches your monthly production volume.

3. Payment & Security Guide
We use Polar as our Merchant of Record. This ensures global compliance and maximum security.
Select your Plan and click Subscribe.
You will be redirected to the secure Polar checkout.
Complete payment via Card or PayPal.
Data Safety
StoryTool does not store your credit card details. All payment data is processed and secured by Polar.
Transparency
You will receive an invoice via email immediately. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST) are calculated automatically based on your location.
4. Enterprise & Free Access
Free Demo
Free users can experience demos or receive Credit Codes during limited-time promotional programs.

5. How to Buy, Upgrade, or Downgrade Your Plan
Go to the Pricing page (/pricing).
Choose a plan â Basic, Standard, or Pro.
Click Subscribe.
A Polar checkout window opens. Complete payment via Card or PayPal.
Credits are added to your account instantly after successful payment.
You can switch plans at any time from the Pricing page.
Go to the Pricing page (/pricing) while logged in.
Your current plan is highlighted. Click Upgrade or Downgrade on the target plan.
A confirmation dialog will appear â review and confirm the change.
The new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Your current credits remain valid until the end of the current period.
Plan changes are scheduled â you will not be charged again until your next billing cycle begins.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access and credits remain valid until the end of the current billing period.
Email us at [email protected] with your registered email address and the subject "Cancel Subscription".
Alternatively, use the subscription management link in your Polar billing confirmation email to cancel directly.
Polar will send a cancellation confirmation email â it confirms your access remains valid until the end of the billing period and that you can renew anytime before then.
Your access and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Credits are non-refundable after the billing period ends, unless covered by our 48-hour refund policy for confirmed technical issues.
â ī¸ Unused credits are not refunded after the billing period ends. Please plan your usage accordingly before cancelling.
If you cancel and re-subscribe later, your previous unused credits will not be restored.
